In fact, we’re surprised to find that since we’ve moved our sessions online, we’ve seen our clients achieve better results than ever. We think it’s the ease of showing up – who cares how you look, it’s you and your trainer! Clients are more consistent!

To break it down, here are some reasons it’s been so successful:

  • Training Consistency:  Clients are able to stick to a regular, uninterrupted workout schedule — just turn on your laptop and go!
  • Complete Privacy: not everyone is comfortable working out at a gym — roll out of your bed and go, and it’s just you and your trainer. We don’t care if you don’t have your make up on, or wear the same thing every time you train.
  • Connection: We are able to connect with our clients on a much deeper level, and have a complete understanding of everything that impacts their motivation, and may affect them from reaching their goals — yes, we go deep! We have literally developed some incredible friendships, with consistent weekly check-ins on our lives, it’s just been amazing!
  • Flexibility: You can always find one hour in a day to dedicate just to yourself — no need to get ready, pack your gym bag and commute, saving hours every week!
  • Accountability: Having someone that holds you accountable makes a huge difference in obtaining your goals. Having someone watch and guide you, ensure you perform every move correctly, and keep you on track with your food is everything!
  • Driving/Commute: With traffic now days, it’s actually insane getting anywhere! You don’t have to worry about the commute, or if you drive parking.  It saves soooo much time!

We require our clients to do minimum twice a week training with their coach.  Three times is ideal!

We will give you additional workouts you can follow on our very extensive fitness app.  Beginners, or those who lack motivation are better to start with a coach 3x a week.  Those who are self motivated are ok with 2x a week, as they can follow the other workouts on their own.

You’ll need a range of dumbbells and resistance bands

These resistance bands are very useful for all types of workouts as they mimic cable machines at the gym, you can get them on Amazon for $30 or less

If you are a beginner you also need light dumbbells, sets of 5, 10, 12, and 15lbs.

If you are intermediate to advanced you will also need 20s, 25s, 30s – we can work with even the most advanced clients with just these weights!

If you have gathered (as many have) more equipment during covid times, great, we can work with almost anything (TRX, BOSU ball, squat rack, pull up bar, equalizer bars) to create a more fun dynamic workout. And if you don’t, don’t worry, we can do so much with very little!

Some of our clients do not have access to any workout equipment, while others have full home gyms set up, or have access to a commercial gym. We can work with anything!

If you would like to set up a simple workout space at home, our personal trainers at Build My Body Beautiful will help guide you to where you can obtain a few inexpensive workout pieces that can be used in any space.

Most of our clients see significant changes within 8 weeks! If you follow our program your body will make significant changes!!

Currently, all our live personal training sessions are done online using Zoom. You can train from the comfort of your home, a gym or even from your office. You just need a laptop/tablet and a stable Internet connection. If training at a gym make sure you are allowed to cast video!

You do not need a lot of space to train with us online — some of our clients train in their living rooms, basements, garages, and others in their condo bedrooms, kitchens or even hallways. If there is a will — there is truly a way!

Personal trainer availability:

Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 9 PM

Saturdays and Sundays: 9 AM to 4 PM

Our fitness specialists will create a schedule that is suitable for you and will assign your days and times of training, to see you on a regular basis. Please note very often our prime times (early mornings and after work are fully booked with a waitlist).

  • A fun, informative and challenging 45-55-minute workout with your personal trainer using Zoom (time varies based on the session/your fitness level)
  • Additional custom training program for you to follow on your own at home or at the gym (if needed) — created through our fitness portal/app with full instructions and video demonstrations of all exercises
  • A customized diet plan and nutritional guidelines specific to your goals
  • Full fitness assessments to measure cardio, endurance, strength and flexibility to tailor an effective fitness routine to suit your body
  • Body composition analysis: including full measurements, weight, body fat percentage
  • Goal setting and tracking tools to keep an eye on your progress
  • Regular measurement tracking to ensure accountability and that you don’t hit a plateau – we ask yo to do this weekly!
  • Continued updates to your workout program and your custom nutrition plan — so that you keep seeing results
  • Access to our Body Beautiful Fitness Portal and App: containing over 3500 exercises, 100s of our workouts, nutrition tracking, recipes and a private member community
  • Before and After pictures (NOTE: we do not publish any client pictures without their permission)
  • 100% attention at all times to guide you through the correct movements safely and effectively (form makes all the difference!)
