How has online fitness training been successful? Several reasons:

We can work with any equipment you have, or if you don’t have the specific tools, we can work with anything! We do recommend you have resistance bands and dumbbells, but it’s okay if you don’t have these too.

If you want to get started with a basic home gym setup, the BMBB team can guide you in finding inexpensive workout equipment that can be utilized anywhere.

We do this via Zoom. You can train at home or your local gym; it’s up to you. All you need is a tablet or laptop and an internal connection.

Our personal trainers are available to meet online from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 9 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, we are available from 9 AM to 4 PM.

We can create a schedule that works best for you and assign the days and times to see you regularly.
