Getting started is easy, just follow the 3 simple steps below:

Step 1 – Choose Your Program

Our online coaching program is subscription-based. Each program is done on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months (consecutive) . Simply select online coaching program and sign up. We have included alternative programs if they are of interest to you (zoom training or content prep,  pricing for those is structured different).  If you are interested in live Zoom training, or contest prep please Contact Us to chat discuss your options.

All our programs include a nutrition plan and we will only work with clients who are open to following it – after all “Abs are made in the kitchen”!

Step 2 – Give us some info

After you have completed the checkout, we will contact you within 24 hours. You need to give us the necessary information to begin your training program. We will ask for various measurements and photos, a lifestyle and fitness questionnaire, and of course your goals!

Step 3 – Get Your Program

The follow-ups with your coach are done on a bi-weekly basis, via phone (if local) or WhatsApp (outside of Canada). We encourage you to ask any questions at any time via email. We are quick to reply! Once we have all the information from you (completed questionnaire, submitted measurements and photos), your program will be ready within 3 to 4 business days.


At Build My Body Beautiful, our online training and diet programs are designed to provide the same results as one-on-one sessions. Our in-home personal trainers in Toronto keep tabs on you to ensure that you train as required and follow your nutritional intake while they motivate you to keep going. Of course, client dedication is also key to attaining ideal results.

Virtual (live Zoom) Personal Training

$100-$115Per Session

Our online coaching programs are billed on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months.  After 3 months, you may cancel at any time before the next month’s billing cycle.  To cancel, contact us and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours. Virtual Personal Training Sessions are purchased in packages of 8, 16, or 24 sessions.
