Today, we would like to share with you one of the recipes from our Body Beautiful: Fat Burning Recipes book. So easy, so yummy and healthy of course!

Pizza toppings of choice. I used:

  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Goat cheese

For the “dough” you can use:

For the sauce:

  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano

First I fried chopped mushrooms, onions and red peppers w/ coconut oil and once cooked set aside. Then I just took one egg + 3 egg whites + 2oz cooked sweet potato and mushed it all together into a dough. I cooked it in a non stick (stayed) pan on low heat covered so it turned into a flippable omelet type thing lol.

I topped my “dough” with a mixture made of tomato paste, oregano, garlic powder & my pre cooked veggies & let the goat cheese melt on top.

You can also bake this on 350 degrees for about 20-25 mins as an alternative to cooking in a pan (put it in a foil pie tray). You will need to bake the dough first and then add the toppings.
