The great thing about Body Beautiful Bootcamp is that each class is always different and always fun. You will get a full body workout every time, using a combination or various fitness equipment and athletic drills. Exercises include everything from free weights, body weight, kettlebells, ladders, medicine balls, equalizer bars and many other fun fitness “toys”. Drills vary from circuit style workouts, group or partner exercises, kickboxing, plyometrics, fitness games and much much more!

The classes are structured to be part of a 4 or 8 week program. Each week the classes progress in intensity as we move through the program. This way you continue to challenge your body and get results.

Out Fitness Bootcamp classes are designed in such way that you are going to get results no matter what fitness level you are. Yes this means that the classes are tough, you will work up a sweat! However, the program is designed in such way to be challenging for the fittest participants and yet suitable for novice trainees. This is managed by having various “levels” of the exercises. The three levels are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. No matter what your fitness level is you will be able to keep up with the rest of the class and get an amazing workout. You will leave the class feeling amazing and really worked out!

This workout program is exclusively offered to women. The majority of our participants are professionals living or working in the downtown Toronto area and some college/university students. There is always a wide range of fitness levels, body shapes and sizes. There is a good slip of beginners and those who are new to training & advanced athletes who are looking to add a new mix to their current training. While we’ve had wide variety of ages attend the class (from 21 to 60), the general age range has been mid/late 20s to mid-late 30s. However, any female who wishes to attend the class over 18 years old is welcome to join.

Ana Plenter, the founder of Build My Body Beautiful and program developer of all Bootcamps oversees all the classes, however some locations have different coaches are assigned to teach that bootcamp programs. All instructors are trained by Ana to follow the formula behind the Body Beautiful Bootcamp program, so that no matter what, the participants are getting the best results.

Our Fitness Bootcamp instructors are not just Fitness Class Instructors (this is what you will find in most classes offered by gyms and many other bootcamps). All our instructors are also Certified Personal Trainers, hold various other training, nutrition and wellness certifications from some of the most creditable institutions, and have significant experience in the fitness industry. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have a great deal of experience working with a wide range of people one on one and have an excellent understanding of human anatomy, nutrition and psychology of fitness and motivation.

With each of our Programs there are two types of options to choose from: 4 week program, and 8 weeks. You can choose to train 2 or 3 times per week.

4 week program includes:

    • 8-12 workouts (2 or 3x/week for 4 weeks)
    • A nutrition guideline

8 week program includes:

        • 16-24 workouts (2 or 3x/week for 8 weeks)
        • A nutrition guideline
        • plus 2 Full Body Composition Analysis (Beginning & Ending Results)
        • plus a discount up to $69-79 (depending on program), if you were to buy month to month…

All you need is a bottle of water, and a small towel, all the other equipment will be provided to you. You can also purchase water and rent a towel for $1 each if you do not want to bring your own. The change rooms have shampoo/conditioner and blow dryers, although you are free to bring your own if you prefer to.

We have had some amazing body transformational results following the bootcamp program. We have had individuals lose up to 30lbs in 12 weeks, 10% body fat and up to 18” lost. We have seen participants increase strength and endurance as much as 300%! Most results are seen after the 8 week program will a significant difference after 12 weeks. Results can vary person to person. You will not lose 30lbs if you only have 5lbs to lose or if your goal is simply to tone up or get more fit. Your individual results will depend on your class attendance, participation and following the Body Beautiful Bootcamp Nutrition Guideline provided with the program. While following the Nutrition Plan is not a must, a significant body composition change is seen when it is combined with the fitness program.


The price of Bootcamp varies depending on the program length that you wish to enroll in. In general the cost is between $169-239/month (or approximately $14 to 18/class) You can also save by enrolling for the 8 week program instead of the 4 weeks as it brings the monthly cost down . Take a look at the Bootcamp Schedule and select the program you are interested in attending . Classes do fill us fast, so if it says “CLASS FULL” we are at capacity.  You may join in the following month.  We open registration for following month usually 4 weeks before it starts.  We suggest you register at least 2 weeks prior to class start to reserve your spot.

If there is space, simply select the program you want to attend and proceed to checkout. You will need a credit card to make your payment online.  You can also pay via etransfer, but will need to contact us to make arrangements.

Unfortunately all payments must be made upfront in full in order to reserve your spot in class.


Body Beautiful Bootcamp runs year round until the Christmas holiday when we take a 2 week break. No classes are scheduled on holidays, so we give participants options to choose another day to do a makeup class.

Unfortunately no. There is a couple of reasons for this. Our classes are unique in a way that they are all designed to be part of a program where each class accelerates as we move along. We also do a lot of group or partner work where individuals may be assigned a partner to work with based on matching them with a person/group of similar fitness level. Also, our classes are almost always full and we like to maintain quality service and keep a certain capacity to make sure each individual gets the attention they deserve. You are more than welcome to come and watch a class. Just email Ana Plenter at and we can get you signed in to come into the facility.

Our classes have a capacity, we account for a certain number of attendees per class . Therefore, if you sign up for a specific location/time this is the bootcamp you are expected to attend. A rare exception may be made from time to time (depending on the reason and given there is room in a certain bootcamp) if these arrangements are made BEFORE the date your bootcamp program begins. Please email with your request. Once the bootcamp classes begin you will only be eligible to attend the class you signed up for, unless you need to miss a class (see below Missed Class info)

In order to get the most out of the program we expect that you attend all the classes. However, IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND ONE OF YOUR CLASSES, you have up to 8 hours before the class begins to cancel your class (we use an online scheduling system “MindBody” where you can easily do this).

If you cancel at least 8 hours prior to class start you will get a makeup credit to use to enroll in another one of our other bootcamp classes if there is space. You will need to enroll yourself in the makeup class, just look for any class that has spots online. Your makeup class credit is only available for use during your bootcamp enrollment period (i.e. 4 weeks or 8 weeks) and may not be carried over.

Should you not cancel your class within the cancellation period, or if you are absent from class, you will lose that class credit.

There are no limitations in how many makeups you do, but please remember you MUST cancel your class at least 8 hours before class begins, and can only enroll if there is space.


No, pregnant women are not able to participate in any bootcamp sessions unless otherwise given permission by their physician. Women who have recently given birth should wait at least 6 weeks post pregnancy to attend any bootcamp sessions (or any other strenuous activity) and should always check with their doctor first before starting to exercise.

We are more than happy to provide modifications to any of the exercises we do in our classes, go at your own pace, and still get an amazing workout while working around an injury. That said, if you are experiencing pain or have any joint injuries (knees, hips, shoulder) please contact your physician first to get written permission before signing up for Body Beautiful Bootcamp.
